Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless specified otherwise.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Packaging: Repack the items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
